You must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete information to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. All cryptocurrency transactions processed through redotpoy are subject to network confirmations and applicable exchange rates at the time of execution. Transaction fees are disclosed prior to confirmation, and all completed transactions are final and non-reversible unless otherwise required by law. redotpoy is not liable for losses arising from market volatility or failed network transactions.
Physical and virtual cards issued through redotpoy are subject to the card network's terms and the issuing bank's policies in addition to these terms. Cards may only be used for lawful purchases and are non-transferable. redotpoy reserves the right to freeze or cancel cards in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials associated with redotpoy are the exclusive property of redotpoy and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of redotpoy's intellectual property may result in legal action.
You agree not to use redotpoy for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Use of automated bots, scrapers, or unauthorized access tools against our platform is strictly forbidden. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
redotpoy's services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile and past performance is not indicative of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, redotpoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to redotpoy in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
redotpoy may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and any outstanding obligations remain enforceable. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which redotpoy is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. You waive any objection to venue or personal jurisdiction in such courts.
